If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.
WRONG SIZE ORDER
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached to the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at support@heraze.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 3 - 5 days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail cssupport@triotco.com for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
If a package falls into this category, Our reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.
RETURNS
Since your product is custom printed just for your order, we do not take returns. If you have any problem with the item you purchased, please let us know and let our support team do our best to assist you. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us all the necessary information:
1. Your order/invoice ID
2. In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email cssupport@triotco.com
Please Note
We do not accept refund/reprint in these cases:
- You choose the wrong size
- You change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost)
- The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different from the one you ordered.
- If 20 days have gone by since you get your items
- We won't responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don't return items to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you.
Please contact customer service team first and we will guide you through the steps. We won't responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don't return items to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!
